We sell naturally produced grass finished black angus beef available in 25, 50, 100 and 200lb assorted cut packages. Our cattle receive less than 1% of their total ration as grain. A few oats now and then amount to ‘cow treats’ that allow us to have the cattle follow us where we want them to go. We installed a deep well and solar powered pumping system two years ago to avoid having to water cattle near watercourses and to ensure that they have unrestricted access to clean drinking water at all times. This watering system also allows us to keep cattle on pasture year round. Our pastures are rotationally grazed to maximize the production of top quality forage that produces top-quality beef. Rotational grazing also allows us to manage pastures to maintain lots of clover and alfalfa in the mix, which eliminates our requirement for nitrogen fertilizer use. We work hard to develop a personal relationship with our clients. This allows us to talk freely with our client base and gather information on our products, positive and negative, as necessary. This helps us to continually fine tune our production and marketing systems to ensure that we bring top-quality products to market year after year.
