I run a stall at the Boyce Farmers Market in Fredericton featuring homemade savory and sweet croissants in a variety of flavours, wood fired pizza with many local toppings, seasonal vegan soups and seasonal salads with greens grown from my own greenhouse. I trained at the Concord School of Culinary Arts in London UK and was a restauranteur in the UK before moving to NB.
