– We specialize in the production, storage, packaging and processing of apples and are the largest shipper of apples in New Brunswick. Our market/café and wine cellar are open all year round, and besides our many varieties of apples we also offer a wide range of apple-based products. Originally known as Verger Beauséjour, our orchard was founded in 1932 and operated for many years by Camille Sébastien (Bastien) Bourgeois. He was the first to get involved in apple farming and was passionate about his work. In 1956, the orchard became the property of the Congregation of Holy Cross and was subsequently renamed Bélliveau Orchard. After working for many years for the priests at Holy Cross, Louis Bourgeois purchased the operation for his family in 1967. Today, his son Robert upholds the family tradition at Verger Bélliveau Orchard.
Apple cider vinegar, Apple Juice & Cider, Apples, Jams & Jellies, Cherries, Corn, Honey, Pears, Pumpkins, Squash and gourds.
