At Pomodori we focus on a few things and do them well. This gives us the opportunity to concentrate on every single ingredient that makes up our recipes to deliver the best possible food to our customers. Freshness is a great place to start but not where we finish. We are committed to sourcing our ingredients as much as possible from local suppliers. We also prefer our suppliers use sustainable methods of farming that include unprocessed, naturally raised, added-hormone free, organic and seasonal family farmed ingredients. This philosophy has had a great impact on how we run our restaurant and our business. We have taken it from the ingredients through to our composting program as well as our use of 100% biodegradable ‘to go’ cups, containers and cutlery for those who take food to go. We have also applied it to our Community Investment Program where all recycling dollars from bottles and cans each week are donated to local community groups.
