All our animals, be it beef or lamb, are processed in a Government of New Brunswick inspected meat processing plant. The cuts of beef from these animals are of the highest quality and are equivalent to cuts from AAA/AA steers and heifers. The processing of the lambs follows the same steps and are of the finest quality. Many satisfied customers have mentioned that no imported cut of lamb can meet the quality, taste and tenderness of the locally raised product. Many fine restaurants have discovered the exquisite taste of this locally raised lamb and put it on their menu. Our products are available in our retail butcher store which is located at 126 Hampton Road, Rothesay.
